The Front Porch Appraisal Service, managed by Julianne Kane began in 2001 . With over a decade in the antiques business Julianne realized that there was more to appraising and that there was definitely a need for quality, dependable appraisal services in Southern Maine which professionals could easily access.

Since 2001 Julianne has been a licensed Personal Property Appraiser. Additionally, she has been notary public in Maine for 10 years, and now in New Hampshire.
